Under active consideration for support through the LISC New York Land Opportunity Program (NYLOP), the Grace and Truth Foundation initiative advances a comprehensive vision for equitable neighborhood revitalization along two of Buffalo's most significant commercial corridors. The project integrates community engagement, strategic site planning, mixed-use redevelopment, and placemaking strategies designed to strengthen neighborhood identity, stimulate economic activity, and improve quality of life for residents. Proposed investments include streetscape enhancements, community-serving amenities, and catalytic development opportunities that reconnect people, place, and purpose.
